Great earbuds until they weren't

I've had these for about 1 month. Now, right ear bud won't charge, but left works fine. No way to tell off it's the charging case or the ear bud. And, tech support is incredibly difficult to contact. No one available during their open hours last 3x tried. And no response from email request. Disappointing result from promising product and generally positive brand.
Update: finally made contact with support. Had one suggestion (cleaning contacts with alcohol), but started working before I tried it. Like them overall, so upgrading rating-as long as they continue to charge.

Very Difficult To Use Support

My package is labeled Life Note 3i, and the product website does not recognize that name. It was very difficult to find the user guide online, but I finally found it after much digging and searching. I have a simple question that is not addressed in the user guide. Live chat is only a bot, where you can only select preset questions and products. None of the products were Life Nore 3i, and none of the questions were the question I have. I think it would be much more helpful to customers if the product support was not so difficult to navigate, if information wasn't buried and hard to find, and if live chat support was actually "live chat support" instead of the customer being the only live participant attempting to get support from a bot and a pick list that doesn't have my product or question available to be picked. I can't really review the product itself at this point because I'm having trouble using it; and until I find a way to get my question answered, I won't be able to use it and give a review. Therefore this is a one-star review for customer support.

Much better than expected

In the past I have purchased expensive earbuds I felt were overpriced and had some cheap earbuds that sounded OK but didn't last long. These P3i earbuds rival expensive earbuds at a great price. The app is perfect and user friendly. The sound is truly crisp with high lows and plenty of bass. Only minor issue is the earbud case it feels really cheap. I open the case and sometimes feel like I may break the case trying to remove the earbuds. Other than that this is a great product.
